A good way to learn about BioGPS and its capabilities is to just search for your gene or genes of interest, and then poke around with all the tabs and buttons. BioGPS is pretty hard to break, so don’t worry about doing anything “wrong”.
On the other hand, if you’d like more a structured guided tour, then we have that now too. Under the “Help” link at the bottom of the BioGPS page, you can see a series of screencast tutorials that guide you through the basic functionality of the website. You can also use this direct link:
