New release: MyGene.info Python client updated to v3.0.0

A few weeks ago, we released MyGene.info v3 API, which brings changes to exon field data structure and added accession version numbers to refseq and accession fields, along with some other back-compatible changes. Happy New Year from BioGPS!

It’s been an interesting year for BioGPS. Looking back at 2015, the BioGPS paper was cited 754 times according to google scholar. Of those citations, 137 were in 2015. The BioGPS application paper about BioGPS and MyGene.info from 2013 was cited 40 times this year for a total of 96 citations.
