Bio
Dr. Erick Scott is a KL2 Scholar and PhD candidate in the labs of Andrew Su, Ph.D. and Peter G. Schultz, Ph.D. His doctoral work focuses on developing open source translational bioinformatics methods to advance personalized medicine.
His current projects include:
- Analysis of phased whole genome sequence data from The Wellderly Study (http://www.stsiweb.org/SWGR/)
- Computational tools for a massively-multiplexed and inexpensive gene expression assay (Rnl2-based RASLseq)
- Statistical methods for Adaptive Enrichment Clinical Trials with extensions to post-hoc subgroup analyses
