Katie was a postdoctoral researcher in the lab from January 2013 to September 2016. She is currently Assistant Professor in the Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology and Reproductive Sciences, in the Division of Maternal-Fetal Medicine at UC San Diego. Her lab focuses on computational genomics, bioinformatics support and infrastructure at UCSD Health Sciences.
