Viz 1 · Spec corpus growth — stacked by module

Each band = one spec module. The human's written instructions grew from 1,377 → 2,155 lines. The towering growth of 05 Integration reflects the hardest scientific decision — batch correction strategy — being iterated most heavily.

Viz 2 · Human attention heatmap — net lines changed per spec per commit

Blue = lines added, red = lines removed. Blank = untouched. The concentration of change in 05 Integration (and the structural explosion on Mar 10 when the pipeline was renumbered) tells the story of where the human's judgment was most needed.

Viz 3 · Commit timeline — magnitude & type of each human intervention

Bar height = total lines changed in that commit. Annotated with what triggered each revision. The burst on Mar 10 (module split) and Mar 20 (6 commits in one day) shows intensive human steering.

Viz 4a · Current spec sizes

The blueprint as it stands today. Integration is 22% of all spec text — a deliberate signal about where scientific complexity lies.

Viz 4b · 05_INTEGRATION in detail

This one spec tripled in size as the human refined the batch-correction strategy in response to what the agent produced. A living document of scientific judgment.
