Starting a new job can be both thrilling and worrisome–especially if the new job is at a place full of brilliant people. Working with geniuses is sort of intimidating. First impression descriptions of a few of my colleagues:

Of course, first impressions (especially mine) can be about as accurate as identifying the eye color of the driver of an inconspicuous vehicle from a bird’s-eye view on a cloudy day–in an unforgiving Sierra point-and-click game. It’s probably best, if you don’t know what I’m talking about.
